Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls - Niagara Falls, New York

Recognized as one of the premier outlet shopping centers in the industry today.  Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls features more than 533,000 SF of designer outlet retail shops, including Saks Off 5th, Polo Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, Michael Kors, Coach Women's, Coach Men's, Burberry, Cole Haan, Barneys NY and many more!  The center was acquired by Talisman Companies in 2005 and, working closely with AWE/Talisman, Kamien Consulting Group successfully re-merchandised the center, leasing more than 300,000 SF of space in less than three years.  This is recognized among the tenants in the industry as one of the most successful re-merchandising efforts ever completed.  Sales per square foot tripled as a result of the leasing and marketing efforts and the center continues to flourish.  The successful re-merchandising effort led to the sale of the property to Macerich in July, 2011 for more than $200 million. 

Kamien Consulting Group, in conjuction with AWE Talisman and the new owners (Macerich), is currently involved with leasing a 175,000 SF expansion of the center, bringing the total center GLA to more than 700,000 square feet.
