Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls features more than 500,000 square feet of designer outlet retail shops including Off 5th Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet, Burberry, Polo Ralph Lauren, Coach, J. Crew, Tommy Hilfiger, Brooks Brothers Factory Store, Guess, Gap, Hugo Boss, Ann Taylor Factory Store, Calvin Klein, Jones New York, Zumiez and many more! This center was acquired by Talisman Companies in 2005 and, working closely with AWE/Talisman, Kamien Consulting Group successfully re-merchandised it, leasing more than 300,000 SF in less than three years. This is recognized among the tenants in the industry as one of the most successful re-merchandising efforts ever completed. Sales per square foot tripled as a result of the leasing efforts and the center continues to flourish.
